Terms and Conditions

Set out below are the terms and conditions on which Glo2Go Aesthetics provides medical and aesthetic services to its clients. Please ensure that you read and fully understand these Terms before booking or undergoing any treatment.

About Glo2Go Aesthetics

Glo2Go Aesthetics is a medical and aesthetic treatment provider. All treatments are delivered by qualified medical professionals operating under medical governance and clinical protocols.

Glo2Go Aesthetics is responsible for the clinical assessment, treatment planning, delivery of treatments, and aftercare provided to clients, subject to the limitations set out in these Terms.

Medical Professional-Led Care & Clinical Responsibility

All injectable and medical aesthetic treatments at Glo2Go Aesthetics are medical professional-led. This means:

  • Treatments are prescribed and administered by qualified medical professionals
  • Treatment suitability is determined following a medical consultation
  • Clinical judgment is exercised at all times in the interest of patient safety

Glo2Go Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse, postpone, modify, or discontinue any treatment where it is deemed clinically unsafe, inappropriate, or contraindicated.

Consultations & Treatment Plans

All clients must undergo a consultation prior to treatment. During the consultation:

  • Medical history and contraindications are assessed
  • Treatment options, risks, benefits, and alternatives are explained
  • Expected outcomes are discussed but not guaranteed

Treatment plans are tailored individually and may be adjusted at any stage based on clinical findings, response to treatment, or changes in medical status.

Medical Disclosure & Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date medical information, including but not limited to:

  • Medical conditions
  • Medications and supplements
  • Allergies
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding status
  • Previous aesthetic treatments

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may increase the risk of complications and limits Glo2Go Aesthetics’ liability.

Outcomes, Expectations & No Guarantee

Aesthetic and medical treatments are inherently variable. While Glo2Go Aesthetics aims to achieve optimal outcomes:

  • Results vary between individuals
  • No specific outcome or longevity of results can be guaranteed
  • Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results

Photographs, testimonials, and examples shown are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a promise of outcome.

Risks, Side Effects & Complications

All medical and aesthetic treatments carry potential risks and side effects. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Bruising, swelling, redness, tenderness
  • Asymmetry or uneven results
  • Infection or delayed healing
  • Rare but serious complications (explained during consultation)

By proceeding with treatment, clients acknowledge that they understand and accept these risks.

Aftercare & Compliance

Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided by Glo2Go Aesthetics. Failure to do so may:

  • Compromise treatment results
  • Increase the risk of complications
  • Limit the clinic’s ability to provide corrective care

Glo2Go Aesthetics is not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare advice.

Cancellations, Non-Attendance & Late Arrivals

Clients are expected to attend appointments on time. Glo2Go Aesthetics reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or shorten appointments where clients arrive late
  • Decline treatment if insufficient time remains to proceed safely

Repeated cancellations or non-attendance may result in refusal of future bookings at the clinic’s discretion.

Medical Contraindications & Treatment Discontinuation

If a medical condition arises, or is discovered, that makes treatment unsafe or inappropriate:

  • Treatment may be paused or discontinued
  • Alternative options may be discussed where possible
  • Clinical decisions are final and made in the interest of patient safety.

Complaints & Clinical Concerns

Any concerns or dissatisfaction regarding treatment must be raised directly with Glo2Go Aesthetics as soon as reasonably possible.

Complaints will be reviewed in accordance with clinical governance procedures. This does not affect a client’s statutory rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Glo2Go Aesthetics shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss
  • Liability is limited where outcomes fall within known medical risks

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Photography & Use of Images

With client consent, photographs may be taken for medical records and progress assessment. Separate written consent will be obtained for any marketing or educational use.

Privacy & Data Protection

All personal and medical data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws. Information is stored securely and used only for clinical, administrative, and legal purposes.
